鄢东表示，旅行服务、生产性服务和文化服务出口成为上半年的三大亮点 1。受入境免签政策驱动，上半年全国入境外国人达2291.4万人次，同比增长20.4%；旅行服务出口额达2292亿元人民币，增长31.1% 1。在制造业融合的推动下，知识产权使用费、金融服务、运输服务、电信计算机信息服务出口分别同比增长44.3%、25.9%、25.4%和10.9%，带动知识密集型服务出口占服务出口总额的比重达到53.5%，比2025年底提升了3个百分点 1。同时，受数字文化产品出海驱动，个人文化和娱乐服务出口同比增长57.2% 1。商务部预计，下半年服务贸易将延续积极向好态势，服务出口增长动能强劲 1。

Consequently, travel service exports reached 229.2 billion yuan, up 31.1% 1. Meanwhile, knowledge-intensive service exports accounted for 53.5% of total service exports, rising by 3 percentage points compared to the end of 2025 1. Exports in specific knowledge-intensive sectors also saw significant gains, with charges for the use of intellectual property, financial services, transport services, and telecommunications, computer, and information services growing by 44.3%, 25.9%, 25.4%, and 10.9% year-on-year, respectively 1.
