2026年8月28日上午8时5分前后，台风“沙德尔”中心在浙江省台州市玉环市坎门街道沿海登陆，随后于上午9时10分前后在浙江省温州市龙湾区沿海再次登陆 1。强降雨将波及浙江、福建、江西、湖南、湖北、广东、广西、贵州、云南等9个省区 1。中国气象局已升级启动重大气象灾害（台风、暴雨、强对流）二级应急响应 1。
杭温高铁、杭台高铁、金温铁路、金台铁路、甬金铁路等线路部分区段部分时段途经列车将临时停运 1。此外，7月11日，第9号台风“巴威”在台州玉环坎门登陆；8月9日17时30分，第13号台风“白海豚”在玉环市坎门街道沿海登陆 1。这使得浙江玉环在一个多月内连续遭遇3个远洋大台风登陆同一地点 1。
Typhoon Saudel made its initial landfall along the coast of Kanmen Street, Yuhuan City, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, at around 8:05 a.m. on August 28, 2026 1. It subsequently made a second landfall along the coast of Longwan District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, at around 9:10 a.m. 1. In response to the severe weather, the China Meteorological Administration has upgraded and activated a Level II emergency response for major meteorological disasters, covering typhoons, rainstorms, and severe convection 1. The storm is expected to bring heavy rainfall that will affect nine provinces and regions, including Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, and Yunnan 1.
The extreme weather has also caused significant transportation disruptions, leading to temporary suspensions of train services on specific sections and during certain periods across the Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-Speed Railway, Hangzhou-Taizhou High-Speed Railway, Jinhua-Wenzhou Railway, Jinhua-Taizhou Railway, and Ningbo-Jinhua Railway 1. This event marks the third time in just over a month that a major offshore typhoon has made landfall in the same location in Zhejiang 1. Prior to Saudel, the 9th typhoon Bavi made landfall in Kanmen, Yuhuan, Taizhou, on July 11 1. It was followed by the 13th typhoon Dolphin, which struck the coast of Kanmen Street, Yuhuan City, at 5:30 p.m. on August 9 1.
