“中华第一舰”退出现役

8月28日上午，被誉为“中华第一舰”的中国第二代国产导弹驱逐舰首舰112舰（哈尔滨舰）在青岛某军港正式退出现役 1。该舰是我国自行研制建造的第二代主战舰艇、052型导弹驱逐舰首舰 1。

1991年8月，哈尔滨舰下水，并于1994年5月加入人民海军战斗序列 1。30余年来，该舰先后完成重大战备演训任务百余项，安全航行40余万海里 1。2003年，112舰被中央军委授予“海上先锋舰”荣誉称号 1。

入列以来，哈尔滨舰先后出访俄罗斯、美国、澳大利亚等20个国家22个港口，与多国海军举行联合军演17次，接待60多个国家的军队高级将领参观访问 1。1997年，该舰出访美洲四国，实现海军舰艇首次横跨太平洋、首访美洲大陆的历史性突破 1。2013年，该舰执行第14批护航任务期间，官兵应邀组成方队参加塞舌尔国庆阅兵 1。

退役后，哈尔滨舰将作为国防教育基地，靠泊湖南省长沙市，供市民游客参观学习 1。

The Type 052 guided-missile destroyer Harbin, designated as Hull 112 and widely recognized as "China's First Warship," officially retired from active service on the morning of August 28 at a military port in Qingdao 1. As the first second-generation main combat vessel independently developed and built in China, the Harbin was launched in August 1991 and formally commissioned into the People's Liberation Army Navy in May 1994 1.

Over its more than 30 years of service, the destroyer successfully completed over 100 major combat readiness training missions and safely navigated more than 400,000 nautical miles 1. In 1997, the vessel visited four countries in the Americas, marking a historic milestone as the first Chinese naval ship to cross the Pacific Ocean and visit the American continent 1. Throughout its active duty, the Harbin visited 22 ports across 20 countries, including Russia, the United States, and Australia, took part in 17 joint naval exercises with foreign navies, and received visits from senior military officials from over 60 nations 1. Furthermore, during its 14th escort mission in 2013, the ship's officers and sailors were invited to form a contingent for the Seychelles National Day parade 1. In 2003, the Central Military Commission conferred the honorary title of "Maritime Pioneer Ship" upon the vessel 1.

After its decommissioning, the Harbin will be moored in Changsha, Hunan Province, to function as a national defense education base for citizens and tourists to visit and study 1.
