工信部：前7个月通信业总体运行平稳 电信业务总量平稳增长

8月28日，工信部发布2026年前7个月通信业经济运行情况，显示通信业总体运行平稳 1。前7个月，电信业务总量同比增长7.7%，电信业务收入累计完成1.02万亿元，同比下降2.1% 1。

截至7月末，固定互联网宽带接入用户总数达7.02亿户，比上年末净增1146万户，其中1000Mbps及以上接入速率用户达2.6亿户，占总用户数的37.1% 1。截至7月末，移动电话用户总数达18.47亿户，5G移动电话用户达13.03亿户，占比70.5% 1。同时，移动物联网终端用户达29.93亿户，比上年末净增1.05亿户 1。在流量使用方面，前7个月移动互联网累计流量达2587亿GB，同比增长17.6%；7月当月户均移动互联网流量达23.81GB/户·月，同比增长13.9% 1。此外，截至7月末5G基站总数达515.4万个，比上年末净增31.6万个 1。

Meanwhile, the total number of mobile phone users stood at 1.847 billion, with 5G mobile phone users reaching 1.303 billion, representing a 70.5% share 1. Additionally, mobile IoT terminal users surged to 2.993 billion, up by 105 million from the end of last year 1.

In the first seven months, the cumulative mobile internet traffic reached 258.7 billion GB, a year-on-year increase of 17.6% 1. In July alone, the data usage per user (DOU) reached 23.81 GB per month, growing by 13.9% year-on-year 1. Furthermore, the total number of 5G base stations reached 5.154 million by the end of July, with a net addition of 316,000 compared to the end of last year 1.
