中国暂停签发前往西藏日喀则电子边境管理区通行证

为保障人员安全并配合抢险救灾，中国国家移民管理局于27日晚发布公告，决定自2026年8月28日零时起暂停签发前往西藏自治区日喀则市电子边境管理区通行证，恢复时间另行发布 1。

8月26日10时30分许，尼泊尔一侧发生泥石流灾害，造成西藏日喀则市吉隆县吉隆口岸重大人员伤亡和失联 1。目前，该口岸道路及通信中断，仍有可能发生次生灾害 1。

截至8月26日20时，中方初步核实有3人遇难、265人失联 1。尼泊尔国家减少灾害风险管理局于27日称，山洪受灾地区已发现359具遇难者遗体，失联人数达910人 1。
