A 60-year-old shopkeeper, Van Viet Truong, died after being attacked while attempting to prevent teenagers from stealing clothing in Sunshine, Victoria, Australia.[1] Truong was assaulted around 2 p.m. on Saturday and succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday after life support was withdrawn.[1] Five children have been charged in connection with the fatal attack, with a 15-year-old boy facing upgraded charges of manslaughter following Truong's death.[1]
