The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), a youth-focused political organization in India, has announced a nationwide campaign titled "Kya bolti public" (What the Public Says) set to begin on September 1st.[1] The initiative will involve extensive cross-country outreach to gather citizen feedback on key policy areas, particularly education reform, unemployment, institutional accountability, and youth development platforms.[1]
Party chairman Das outlined the campaign's objectives, stating that "education reform and unemployment remain our top priority. We will also relentlessly push for institutional accountability, because democracy cannot function when institutions are not answerable for their actions."[1] Following this public consultation phase, the CJP intends to draft a citizen-driven Youth Reform Charter informed by the collected public input.[1] Additionally, the party plans to launch a crowdfunding initiative to support its organizational expansion efforts.[1]
