中国工信部公布的上半年中小企业经济运行数据显示，工业中小企业增长动力持续释放。规模以上工业中小企业增加值同比增长5.8%[1]，营业收入同比增长7.7%，为2023年以来同期最高水平[1]，利润总额同比增长16.9%，为2022年以来同期最高水平[1]。在31个制造业大类行业中，有18个行业的规模以上中小企业利润总额保持增长[1]。
出口方面表现亮眼。6月份中小企业出口指数为52.8%，连续27个月处于扩张区间[1]。其中，专精特新小巨人企业上半年出口交货值同比增长21.1%[1]，显示创新型企业在国际竞争中的优势进一步凸显。

Profitability expanded broadly across the manufacturing sector, with 18 of the 31 major manufacturing categories showing profit growth among large-scale small and medium enterprises.[1] Export activity also remained robust, as specialized and sophisticated small giant enterprises achieved export delivery value growth of 21.1 percent in the first half.[1] The small and medium enterprise export index reached 52.8 percent in June, continuing its expansion phase for the 27th consecutive month.[1]
