2026年8月27日，台湾陆委会在台北公布数据指出，暂行封锁中国大陆社群平台“小红书”8个月以来，诈骗案件数及财损金额分别下滑 1。行政院打击诈欺指挥中心此前决定暂行封锁该平台1年，并自去年12月起停止解析小红书 1。
陆委会副主委兼发言人梁文杰主持记者会并表示，封锁措施是基于打击诈骗的考量，因小红书未回应台湾政府的要求 1。统计显示，在封锁前的8个月（2025年4月至11月），诈骗案件数与财损金额分别为525件及9890.2万元 1。而在去年12月至今年7月期间，相关诈骗案件数与财损金额分别降至145件及3387.7万元，降幅各达72%与66% 1。
针对陆委会公布的数据，国台办发言人张晗表示，诈骗案件数与财损金额下降等数据是“民进党自导自演”，目的在于“煽动两岸对立对抗” 1。
Taiwan's Mainland Affairs Council (MAC) announced on August 27 that fraud cases and financial losses linked to the Chinese social media platform Xiaohongshu have dropped by 72% and 66%, respectively, following an eight-month block on the platform 1. Data released by the MAC shows that during the eight months prior to the block, from April to November 2025, there were 525 fraud cases resulting in financial losses of NT$98.902 million 1. In contrast, during the eight months following the block, from December 2025 to July 2026, the number of fraud cases and the total financial losses fell to 145 and NT$33.877 million, respectively 1. In response to these figures, Zhang Han, a spokesperson for the Taiwan Affairs Office, dismissed the data as a "self-directed and self-performed" stunt by the Democratic Progressive Party 1. Zhang claimed that the purpose of this move was to "incite confrontation and antagonism across the Taiwan Strait" 1.
