上海机场出入境边防检查站的基层移民管理警察通过数据排查与行李检查等手段，严厉打击各类跨境违法犯罪活动1。在反腐追逃方面，该站成功抓获了2015年中央反腐败协调小组发布的百名“红通”名单中的落网第一人戴某某1。在打击电诈领域，民警于2024年6月查获一名出境外籍人员，其背包内藏有12根金条，经查实该人员真实身份为境外电诈集团招募的“车手”1。近三年间，上海机场边检站共查办各类违法案件3100余起，查获涉案人员4200余人，办案总量占全国三百余个口岸的两成1。今年以来，该站抓获电诈嫌疑人260余名，涉案金额达1.2亿元，直接挽回群众经济损失2150余万元1。
在筑牢国门防线的同时，该站全力保障重大活动期间的口岸通关安全与顺畅1。在八届进博会期间，上海机场边检站累计为50批次、2000余人次参会国家元首、政府首脑代表团提供通关保障，并确保了2万余人次重要外宾、参展客商、商务人士，以及500余万人次出入境人员顺利通关1。为提升通关效率，该站试点推行入境外国人分区分类查验模式，将外籍旅客高峰候检时长稳定控制在30分钟以内1。
The Shanghai Airport Immigration Inspection Station has been actively combating cross-border illegal and criminal activities while ensuring the safety of port clearance 1. In June 2024, the station seized 12 gold bars from the backpack of an outbound foreign national, who was later identified as a "money runner" recruited by an overseas telecom fraud syndicate 1. Over the past three years, the station has handled more than 3,100 various illegal cases and identified over 4,200 individuals involved, accounting for 20% of the total case volume across more than 300 ports nationwide 1. This year alone, the station has apprehended over 260 suspects in telecom fraud cases involving 120 million yuan, directly recovering more than 21.5 million yuan in economic losses for the public 1.
Beyond law enforcement, the station has provided robust clearance support during the eight sessions of the China International Import Expo 1. During this period, it facilitated border clearance for over 2,000 members from 50 delegations of heads of state and government, along with more than 20,000 important foreign guests, exhibitors, and business professionals 1. In total, the station processed the entry and exit of over 5 million passengers 1. To further improve efficiency, the station piloted a zoned and categorized inspection model for inbound foreign nationals, successfully keeping the peak waiting time for foreign passengers under 30 minutes 1.
