Integrating elderly care, medical treatment, rehabilitation, and recreation, the facility simultaneously opens 2,200 square meters of medical and care rooms to the public 1. The construction incorporates age-friendly design for all age groups and smart elderly care technologies, notably achieving a floor slab assembly ratio of approximately 70% from the 5th to the 15th floors 1.
