中印边界问题特别代表第25次会晤达成8点成果共识

8月25日，中印边界问题特别代表第25次会晤在北京举行 1。中方特别代表、中共中央政治局委员、中央外办主任王毅与印方特别代表、国家安全顾问多瓦尔就边界问题交换意见，双方达成8点成果共识 1。

根据共识内容，双方将推进边界问题解决框架磋商，并在中印边境事务磋商和协调工作机制（WMCC）框架下成立划界专家小组和边境管控工作小组 1。双方同意增加两个将军级会谈会晤点，并在边境东段、中段新增两条边防军事联络热线 1。此外，双方同意恢复开通中印三处边贸市场及朝圣合作，并同意9月召开新一轮跨境河流专家级机制会议 1。双方同意2027年在印度举行第26次特代会晤 1。

The 25th meeting of the Special Representatives of China and India on the boundary question was held in Beijing on August 25 1. Wang Yi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Director of the Office of the Central Commission for Foreign Affairs, attended as the Chinese special representative, while National Security Advisor Doval participated as the Indian special representative 1. During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the boundary issue and reached an eight-point consensus on outcomes 1.

The agreed outcomes include advancing consultations on a framework for resolving the boundary question, and establishing a delimitation expert group and a border control working group under the Working Mechanism for Consultation and Coordination on China-India Border Affairs (WMCC) 1. Additionally, both sides agreed to add two general-level meeting points and establish two new border defense military liaison hotlines in the eastern and middle sectors of the border 1. They also reached agreements to reopen three border trade markets between China and India, resume pilgrimage cooperation, hold a new round of the expert-level mechanism meeting on cross-border rivers in September, and convene the 26th Special Representatives' meeting in India in 2027 1.
