深圳坪山街道的志愿者在一个暴雨夜发现了流浪人员阿灿，随后启动了一场跨越千里的救助行动。[1]阿灿是安徽省亳州市在册精神障碍人员，已在深圳流浪多年。[1]坪山街道社工站与志愿服务协会的工作人员用近一个月的时间对其进行常态化探访，通过持续的陪伴和心理疏导，逐步帮助阿灿重建了信任。[1]
在双方互信基础上，坪山街道社工站联合乐善同行志愿服务协会启动了跨省联动机制，与安徽亳州当地部门协调安置事宜。[1]最终，志愿者护送阿灿历经18小时、跨越1427公里的距离，顺利返回了故乡，由当地工作人员接应并妥善安置。[1]
乐善同行志愿服务协会成立于2022年，在册志愿者354名，累计帮扶困境群体485名，累计开展街面巡查6053余次。[1]
A homeless individual named Ahan has been safely escorted back to his hometown in Bozhou, Anhui Province after seven years of wandering, thanks to coordinated efforts between Shenzhen's Pingshan Subdistrict social workers and local volunteers. [1] Ahan, who is registered as a person with mental health challenges in Bozhou, was discovered by volunteers during heavy rainfall, marking the beginning of an intensive support intervention. [1]
Over the course of nearly one month, social workers and volunteers from Pingshan Subdistrict conducted regular visits to Ahan, providing psychological counseling and gradually rebuilding his trust through consistent engagement. [1] The Pingshan Subdistrict Social Work Station coordinated with the Leshan Charitable Service Volunteer Association to activate a cross-provincial support mechanism, establishing connections with relevant agencies in Bozhou to prepare for his safe placement. [1] The journey home covered 1,427 kilometers and took 18 hours, after which local officials received and properly settled Ahan in his hometown. [1]
The Leshan Charitable Service Volunteer Association, established in 2022, has mobilized 354 registered volunteers who have provided cumulative assistance to 485 individuals in difficult circumstances and conducted over 6,053 street patrols as part of their ongoing community support efforts. [1]
