上岸后，陈绍华检查该女子的呼吸道，协助排出呛入的江水，并进行急救处置直至民警和120赶到 1。目前，该女子生命体征平稳 1。据悉，陈绍华从业24年，兼任红十字会讲师、第一目击者培训导师，投身应急救护公益科普七年 1。
