Mt Aubrey, one of the company's flagship assets, contains inferred mineral resources of 1.21 million tonnes at 1.61 grams per tonne, representing 62,400 ounces of gold [1]. Historical data indicates that BHP extracted 120,000 tonnes grading 3.3 grams per tonne from the site during 1989–1991 [1]. Recent exploration has identified a six-kilometer gold corridor at Mt Aubrey, with surface samples reaching grades as high as 13.5 grams per tonne [1]. Similarly, the Copper Hill East project encompasses an eight-kilometer copper-gold corridor [1], while the Three Rivers prospect has returned historical samples containing 12.6 percent copper but remains undrilled [1].
Godolphin has already completed the divestment of non-core Gundagai and Calarie projects [1]. The company's Narraburra rare earth project will be spun out as a separate initial public offering under the new entity Matrix Critical Minerals [1].
