深圳南山区南山街道正面临入夏流动人口探亲潮与高温的双重考验。为切实保障社区安全和居民生活，街道下辖的16个社区、服务管理45万人口的网格员队伍通过常态化入户走访，开展人口信息登记、反诈宣教、安全隐患排查等工作[1]。针对走访覆盖不足的情况，网格员建立了弹性入户机制，对白天未走访的住户利用晚间时段进行二次上门[1]。
街道特别关注特殊群体需求，推出了多层次的关爱举措。7月17日，南园社区网格员冯香莲指导老年居民线上完成门禁信息申请[1]，为老年人提供适应数字生活的便利。向南、南园社区老年大学开设书法、乐器、绘画、声乐等公益课程[1]，丰富老年居民精神文化生活。与此同时，向南社区暑期公益夏令营每日9:30至17:30对外开放[1]，为未成年人提供安全的活动场所。汛期安全隐患排查同步进行，7月22日暴雨过后，风华社区网格员宋芳莲及时清理住户天台盆栽消除安全隐患[1]。
As summer begins, the Nanshan Sub-district in Shenzhen's Nanshan District is experiencing a surge in migrant workers returning to visit family alongside intense heat, prompting coordinated community safety efforts. The sub-district, which oversees 16 communities and serves a resident population of 450,000, has activated its grid-based management system to address these seasonal challenges.[1]
Grid workers have established a flexible home-visit mechanism to ensure comprehensive coverage, conducting follow-up visits in the evenings for households not reached during daytime hours.[1] On July 17, grid worker Feng Xiang-lian from Xiangnan Community assisted an elderly resident in completing an online door-access information application.[1] The sub-district has simultaneously expanded services targeting vulnerable populations, with Xiangnan and Xiangnan Senior Universities offering free community courses in calligraphy, musical instruments, painting, and vocal music.[1] Additionally, Xiangnan Community's summer public youth camp operates daily from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., providing childcare support during the school break.[1]
Safety inspections have become routine across neighborhoods. Following heavy rainfall on July 22, grid worker Song Fang-lian from Fenghua Community cleared rooftop potted plants from residents' homes to eliminate potential hazards.[1] These coordinated efforts—combining household registration updates, fraud prevention education, and infrastructure safety checks—aim to strengthen the community safety network during the high-risk summer season.[1]
