Spanning approximately 16.25 mu, the resettlement area is tailored to fulfill the housing requirements of the relocated residents 1. The development implements unified planning and architectural style design 1. Furthermore, the project includes the synchronized construction of roads, drainage systems, public activity venues, and green landscapes 1.
A relevant official from the Chishi Subdistrict highlighted the dual benefits of the initiative, stating, "The whole-village relocation not only guarantees the construction of major projects but also improves the living conditions of the villagers, which is a win-win result for both sides" 1.
