福城街道武装部开展应征青年入户走访

福城街道武装部联合福民派出所、茜坑社区工作站组成走访小组，对辖区应征青年开展入户走访1。走访对象包括辖区下半年通过择优初选的应征女青年，以及来自退役军人家庭的应征青年1。走访遵循“见到面、访到家、问到人、查到底”的工作原则，核实应征青年的学历、户籍、社会关系等情况1。

走访中，工作人员与应征青年及家属面对面交流，了解其成长经历、思想动态和入伍意愿，勉励青年坚定从军信念1。工作人员讲解入伍优待、学费补偿、退役就业扶持等内容1。应征青年徐睿主动在全国征兵网报名应征，参军意愿坚定1；宋毅、李广来自退役军人家庭，父亲均为退役军人1。

The Fucheng Subdistrict Armed Forces Department, in collaboration with the Fumin Police Station and the Qiankeng Community Workstation, has formed a joint team to conduct home visits for conscription candidates within its jurisdiction 1. The visits targeted female candidates who passed the merit-based preliminary selection in the second half of the year, as well as candidates from families of veterans 1. Adhering to the working principle of "meeting in person, visiting homes, inquiring about individuals, and investigating thoroughly," the team verified the candidates' educational backgrounds, household registrations, and social relations 1.

During the visits, staff members engaged in face-to-face communication with the candidates and their families to understand their growth experiences, thoughts and attitudes, and willingness to enlist, while encouraging the youth to strengthen their resolve to join the military 1. The staff also provided detailed explanations on policies concerning enlistment benefits, tuition compensation, and employment support for veterans 1. Specifically, candidate Xu Rui actively registered on the National Conscription Network and demonstrated a firm willingness to join the army 1. Meanwhile, candidates Song Yi and Li Guang both come from veteran families, as their fathers are veterans 1.
