民生类提案占比超六成 龙华区政协三届一次会议召开

8月25日上午，深圳市龙华区政协三届一次会议召开 1。区政协党组书记吴晶向大会作二届区政协常委会工作报告 1。“数智龙华”“中轴枢纽”是龙华未来五年发展的核心 1。报告总结了过去五年围绕“数智龙华、中轴枢纽”核心任务的履职成果，并提出未来五年聚焦先进制造业与现代服务业融合、数字经济与人工智能等前沿赛道建言 1。

过去五年，关于规范无人机管控的建议获国办采纳 1。6篇协商成果经区委常委会、区政府常务会专题研究并落地转化 1。区党政领导领衔督办重点提案32件 1。五年来提交民生类提案619件，占提案总数的62% 1。开展民生类提案办理“回头看”活动87次，推动100余项建议落到实处，88件民生实事落地落实 1。龙华率先在全市实行长者服务中心、普惠性托育机构街道全覆盖，获评“全国智慧健康养老示范基地” 1。区党政领导出席政协会议活动120次，就政协工作作出批示89次，开展政情通报会26场 1。委员履职“服务为民”活动开展200余场，收集反馈群众诉求意见1000余项 1。

On the morning of August 25, the first session of the third Longhua District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) convened in Longhua District, Shenzhen 1. Wu Jing, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group of the District CPPCC, delivered the work report of the Standing Committee of the second District CPPCC to the assembly 1. The report summarized the performance achievements over the past five years, focusing on the core tasks of "Digital and Intelligent Longhua" and "Central Axis Hub," which were repeatedly highlighted as the core of Longhua's development for the next five years 1. Looking ahead, the report proposed focusing on frontier tracks such as the integration of advanced manufacturing and modern services, as well as the digital economy and artificial intelligence 1.

Over the past five years, a total of 619 proposals related to people's livelihood were submitted, accounting for 62% of the total number of proposals 1. Through 87 "look-back" activities for the handling of livelihood-related proposals, more than 100 suggestions were implemented, and 88 livelihood projects were put into practice 1. Notably, Longhua took the lead in the city to achieve full coverage of elderly service centers and inclusive childcare institutions at the sub-district level, and was awarded the title of "National Smart Health and Elderly Care Demonstration Base" 1. In terms of overall performance, a proposal on regulating drone management was adopted by the General Office of the State Council, and six consultation results were studied and transformed into action by the standing committee of the District Party Committee and the executive meeting of the District Government 1. Furthermore, district party and government leaders supervised 32 key proposals, attended 120 CPPCC meeting activities, issued 89 instructions on CPPCC work, and held 26 government information briefing sessions 1. CPPCC members also carried out over 200 "serving the people" activities, collecting and providing feedback on more than 1,000 public demands and opinions 1.
