展望未来五年，福田区将构建“万亿引领、千亿支撑、百亿接续”梯次化产业集群，重点打造八大千亿级产业集群 1。该区力争规上工业产值突破4000亿元 1。在人工智能领域，力争集聚AI企业超400家，实现人工智能产业规模突破1300亿元 1。同时，力争新能源产业集群规模突破4300亿元，半导体与集成电路产业集群规模突破1000亿元 1。

Meanwhile, the Xiangmihu Resort urban renewal unit has released approximately 1.4 million square meters of contiguous high-quality land space 1. Looking ahead to the next five years, Futian aims to build tiered industrial clusters featuring trillion-yuan leadership, hundred-billion-yuan support, and ten-billion-yuan succession, focusing on eight hundred-billion-yuan industrial clusters 1. Specifically, the district strives to push the output value of industrial enterprises above designated size past 400 billion yuan, gather over 400 AI companies to achieve an artificial intelligence industry scale of over 130 billion yuan, and scale up the new energy cluster to over 430 billion yuan and the semiconductor and integrated circuit cluster to over 100 billion yuan 1.
