在科技赋能民生领域，龙岗区于今年7月正式发布“AI龙老师”全系列IP产品矩阵，目前“龙老师”个性化学习项目已覆盖全区超50所中小学 1。医疗资源与智慧化建设同步推进，全区可开放床位达到2.3万张；今年5月底，龙岗区卫生健康人工智能共享共创平台正式发布，展示了27个卫生健康AI产品 1。
在文旅消费与城区品质提升方面，龙岗区计划到2030年全区旅游总收入突破480亿元，游客总量超3300万人次，推进大湾区休闲度假旅游目的地建设 1。在交通基础设施方面，未来五年地铁17、22、25、27号线一期和深惠、深大城际、深汕高铁等对外通道将建成投运，轨道运营线网密度提升至0.36公里/平方公里，20条以上断头路将被打通，建成350公里非机动车道 1。此外，今年5月原深港国际中心地块成功出让，住宅建筑面积提升至30.56万平方米，容积率由4.17降至3.26 1。
On August 25, the first session of the Eighth People's Congress of Longgang District in Shenzhen convened, during which Acting Mayor of Longgang District Cai Yingquan delivered a government work report outlining a comprehensive livelihood blueprint 1. The report set a target for the district's gross domestic product to exceed 800 billion yuan by the end of the 15th Five-Year Plan period 1. Centered on three main directions—integrating technology into livelihood, boosting new cultural and tourism consumption, and enhancing urban quality—the report introduced initiatives including the "AI Teacher Long" education product matrix, a smart healthcare AI platform, the construction of a Greater Bay Area leisure and vacation tourist destination, and infrastructure planning for transportation and the low-altitude economy 1.
In the education sector, Longgang officially released the full series of IP products for the "AI Teacher Long" matrix in July this year 1. The "Teacher Long" personalized learning project has covered more than 50 primary and secondary schools across the district 1. Healthcare services are also being upgraded through artificial intelligence; at the end of May this year, the Longgang District Health and Artificial Intelligence Sharing and Co-creation Platform was officially released, showcasing 27 health AI products, while the total number of available beds in the district reached 23,000 1.
To further elevate the urban experience, Longgang aims to build a Greater Bay Area leisure and vacation tourist destination, projecting a total tourism revenue of over 48 billion yuan and more than 33 million visitors by 2030 1. Over the next five years, the first phases of Metro Lines 17, 22, 25, and 27, along with external corridors such as the Shenzhen-Huizhou Intercity, Shenzhen-Dongguan Intercity, and Shenzhen-Shanwei High-Speed Railway, will be completed and put into operation 1. These developments will increase the operational rail transit network density to 0.36 kilometers per square kilometer 1. Additionally, more than 20 dead-end roads will be opened up, and 350 kilometers of non-motorized vehicle lanes will be built 1. In urban space optimization, the former site of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Center was successfully transferred in May this year, with its residential construction area increased to 305,600 square meters and the plot ratio reduced from 4.17 to 3.26 1.
