今年6月，邓某彬在南山区先后两次违规操控无人机飞入禁飞区域，被处以行政拘留1。今年6月2日11时许，房产中介公司法人郑某在宝安机场净空管控范围擅自使用无人机航拍房源，被抓获1。今年7月，廖某某多次操控未实名登记无人机违规飞行，最高达300米，被处以行政拘留5日、罚款1000元、没收涉案无人机1。今年7月，未成年人林某操控无人机最高飞行真高达500米，其监护人被处罚1。今年7月，刘某某未经批准多次利用中大型无人机进行吊装货物运输，被处以行政拘留5日1。犯罪嫌疑人胡某某非法破解无人机共15台并进行销售，被采取刑事强制措施1。
2026年1月1日新修订的《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》正式施行，“黑飞”首次被明确列为妨害公共安全的行为并给予处罚1。
