陕西汉中市南郑区高台镇立峰村党总支书记、村委会主任李杨在强降雨防洪巡查中遭遇山洪，不幸遇难[1]。30岁的李杨于2026年1月当选党总支书记，同年3月当选村委会主任[1]。

Rescue teams conducted search operations along the river channel for more than thirty hours before locating him [1].
