中央气象台于8月5日06时发布暴雨蓝色预警和强对流天气蓝色预警。[1]据预报，8月5日至6日期间，陕西、湖北、湖南、云南等地将出现大到暴雨天气，其中陕西中部和东南部、云南南部、海南岛西南部等地局地大暴雨降雨量可达100-200毫米。[1]
东北地区和华北等地将面临强对流天气，河南西部、湖北北部等地部分地区将有10级以上雷暴大风，最大风力可达11级以上。[1]同时，上述部分地区伴有短时强降水，最大小时降雨量为20至50毫米，局地可超过80毫米。[1]气象部门已要求加强防范山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水等次生灾害。[1]
此外，华北中南部、黄淮、江淮等地有35℃以上高温天气，山东北部以及新疆南疆盆地等地可达38℃以上，新疆南疆盆地局地可达40℃以上。[1]
The China Meteorological Administration issued warnings on August 5 for widespread adverse weather conditions affecting multiple regions across the country.[1] Between August 5 and 6, Shaanxi, Hubei, Hunan, and Yunnan are forecast to experience heavy to torrential rainfall, with some areas receiving 100 to 200 millimeters of precipitation.[1] The most extreme rainfall is expected from 8:00 AM on August 5 through 8:00 AM on August 6, with localized downpours in central and southeastern Shaanxi, southern Yunnan, and southwestern Hainan potentially reaching 100 to 200 millimeters.[1] Accompanying the heavy rain, some regions will experience short-duration intense precipitation with maximum hourly rainfall of 20 to 50 millimeters, locally surpassing 80 millimeters.[1]
Severe convective weather poses significant risks across the Northeast and North China regions.[1] Parts of western Henan and northern Hubei may experience gale-force winds of 10 to 11 levels or higher during thunderstorms, with maximum wind speeds potentially reaching 11 levels or above.[1] Simultaneously, high temperatures above 35 degrees Celsius are expected across central and southern North China, the Huang-Huai region, and the Jiangsu-Anhui area, with northern Shandong and the southern Xinjiang basin reaching 38 degrees Celsius or higher, and some areas of the southern Xinjiang basin potentially reaching 40 degrees Celsius or above.[1] The meteorological authority issued blue-level warnings for both torrential rain and severe convective weather on August 5 at 6:00 AM, urging heightened vigilance against flash floods, geological disasters, and flooding of small and medium-sized rivers.[1]
