Former New South Wales Treasurer Damien Tudehope was confronted during an Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) examination with evidence that he sent a leaked parliamentary draft report to Jeremy Greenwood, a member of the Reformers organization, in February 2023.[1] The disclosure came late in Tudehope's questioning, raising questions about the timing of the revelation and its potential consequences for his parliamentary career.[1]
The leaked report dealt with branch stacking irregularities in the Hills electoral district involving the Reformers group.[1] Tudehope's transmission of the confidential parliamentary document represents a serious breach of parliamentary rules and potentially constitutes contempt of Parliament.[1] The ICAC examination also uncovered deeper financial and organizational connections between Tudehope and Reformers-linked entities, including a donation of $165,000 to Reformers-related bodies by Michael O'Hara.[1]
