To realize these ambitions, Longhua will prioritize construction of several flagship projects, including the North Station Digital Economy Headquarters Economy Agglomeration Zone, Xiangshan Technology Park, and Poyang Technology Park.1 The district is committed to establishing itself as a world-class semiconductor industry technology center and building an energy technology industry hub with international influence.1 The strategic importance placed on these sectors is reflected in the Party Congress report, where the term "industry" appears 99 times and "innovation" appears 68 times.1
