最高人民检察院近日召开全国检察机关深化扫黑除恶专项斗争动员部署会[1]。最高检党组书记、检察长应勇强调，开展深化扫黑除恶专项斗争是当前重要政治任务[1]，检察机关要依法严惩黑恶犯罪，并始终保持对黑恶犯罪的高压态势[1]。应勇指出，要坚持"是黑恶一个不漏、不是黑恶一个不凑"，确保办的每一起案件都经得起法律、历史和人民的检验[1]。
会议要求突出打击重点。有关负责人要求重点打击利用网络平台和软暴力手段有组织实施的黑恶犯罪[1]。检察机关将推动与有关部门协同完善相关法律政策，推动建设更高水平的平安中国、法治中国[1]。此次会议以视频方式同步开至各省级检察院、新疆生产建设兵团检察院[1]。
The Supreme People's Procuratorate recently convened a nationwide mobilization and deployment conference for procuratorial organs to deepen the special campaign against organized and gang-related crime.[1] Procurator-General Ying Yong emphasized that launching this enhanced anti-organized crime campaign constitutes a critical political task for the current period, and procuratorial agencies must rigorously punish organized and gang-related offenses in accordance with law to advance the construction of a higher-level safe and lawful China.[1]
The conference stressed the importance of targeted enforcement efforts, ensuring that every case handled withstands scrutiny under legal standards, historical perspective, and public judgment.[1] Ying Yong underscored the principle of leaving no organized or gang-related criminal unaddressed, while avoiding the distortion of fabricating cases where none exist.[1] The conference also called for collaborative coordination with relevant departments to strengthen and refine related legal policies.[1] Additionally, the conference prioritized cracking down on organized and gang-related crimes committed through internet platforms and soft violence tactics.[1] The conference was simultaneously transmitted via video to provincial-level procuratorial organs and the Procuratorate of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.[1]
