国家重点研发计划"老年安宁疗护关键技术与服务模式示范应用"示范基地已在深圳宝安正式落地，由四川大学华西医院蒋艳教授牵头[1]。宝安区中医院及其下属颐年社区医院和御龙湾社康站被确定为华南地区示范基地[1]，该项目将在全国五大区域开展多中心实证研究[1]。
宝安区中医院承担"老年安宁疗护分级服务与转介模式的应用评价"课题[1]，旨在构建"医院-社区-居家"三级转介体系和AI智能云平台[1]，推进安宁疗护服务从医疗机构向社区和家庭延伸[1]。颐年社区医院现有安宁疗护床位20张，已累计为86例终末期患者提供服务，家属满意度达100%[1]。宝安常住老年人口已达17.16万[1]，该示范基地的建立将满足老年群体的安宁疗护需求。
A national demonstration base for elderly palliative care has been established in Shenzhen's Baoan District as part of China's key research and development initiative on "Palliative Care Technology and Service Model Demonstration Applications for the Elderly."[1] The project is led by Professor Jiang Yan from West China Hospital of Sichuan University and brings together multiple leading medical institutions nationwide.[1]
Baoan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and its affiliated Yinian Community Hospital and Yulongwan Community Health Service Station have been designated as demonstration bases for South China, where multi-center empirical research will be conducted across five major regions of the country.[1] The Yinian Community Hospital currently operates 20 palliative care beds and has provided services to 86 terminally ill patients to date, with a family satisfaction rate reaching 100 percent.[1]
The project aims to construct a three-tiered referral system connecting hospitals, communities, and homes, extending palliative care services from medical institutions into community and home settings.[1] An artificial intelligence-powered cloud platform will support the implementation of this tiered service and referral application system.[1] Baoan District currently has 171,600 elderly residents.[1]
