福田区教育局与南方都市报社联合主办的"最潮中国观·福田少年行"暑期科创活动于8月3日举行[1]。50名福田学子走进北科生物（深圳）生命科学体验中心，通过科普讲解、参观细胞库、液氮实验和无菌操作竞赛等多个环节，沉浸式学习生命科学知识[1]。
该体验中心的深圳综合细胞库规模庞大，最大容量为378.04万管/2ml，目前已储存110万+管珍贵细胞资源[1]。在液氮储存技术的支撑下，小型液氮罐可储存36400管细胞，大型液氮罐的储量则可达10万管，这些罐体采用零下196摄氏度的极低温环境保存细胞[1]。
参与活动的学生表示收获显著。百花小学的郭茗博表示："这次走进北科生物（深圳）生命科学体验中心的综合实践特别有趣、特别有意义"[1]。福民小学的杨博文则表达了对生命科学的热情，"这次实践让我爱上了生命科学，未来我会保持探索热情，认真学习科学知识"[1]。
Fifty students from Futian District participated in an interactive life sciences experience on August 3rd, organized jointly by the Futian District Education Bureau and Southern Metropolis Daily [1]. The students visited the Beijing Sci-Tech Biological (Shenzhen) Life Science Experience Center, where they engaged in hands-on learning activities including scientific lectures, tours of cell storage facilities, liquid nitrogen demonstrations, and sterile operation competitions [1].
The facility houses one of the region's largest comprehensive cell banks, with a maximum capacity of 3.7804 million 2ml tubes and current storage of over 1.1 million precious cell samples [1]. The center maintains cells at minus 196 degrees Celsius using liquid nitrogen, with smaller storage tanks capable of holding 36,400 cells and larger units reaching a capacity of 100,000 cells [1]. Through these immersive activities, participants gained insight into microscopic life forms including stem cells and immune cells [1].
Students reflected positively on the experience. Guo Mingbo from Baihua Primary School remarked that the visit to the life sciences center was "particularly interesting and meaningful" [1], while Yang Bowen from Fumin Primary School stated, "This practical experience made me fall in love with life science, and in the future I will maintain my passion for exploration and study scientific knowledge seriously" [1].
