陕西省8月3日至4日遭遇强降雨过程,陕南和关中地区出现大到暴雨,部分地区达到大暴雨级别[1]。其中洛南县石坡站降雨量最大,达136.4毫米,潼关县东桐峪站和白河县四新站分别记录125.2毫米和100.6毫米的降雨[1]。受降雨影响,全省28条河流40站出现47次洪峰,汉江支流蜀河、银花河等多条河流水位超过警戒线[1]。
为应对灾情,陕西省已组织49925户115756人转移避险[1]。其中,8月3日新增转移8409户17466人[1]。蜀河双河站于8月3日11时10分出现超警戒洪峰,流量达481立方米每秒,超过警戒流量400立方米每秒[1];银花河高坝店站于8月3日16时15分出现超警戒洪峰,流量159立方米每秒,超过警戒流量150立方米每秒[1]。
Shaanxi Province experienced severe rainfall from August 3 to 4, with heavy to torrential precipitation affecting southern and central regions of the province.[1] The downpour resulted in 47 flood peaks across 40 monitoring stations on 28 rivers throughout Shaanxi, with several tributaries of the Han River, including the Shu River, exceeding warning water levels.[1]
Record precipitation was measured at multiple locations during the 24-hour period from August 3 at 6:00 to August 4 at 6:00, with Luonan County's Shipo Station recording 136.4 millimeters, Tongguan County's Dongtongyu Station reporting 125.2 millimeters, and Baihe County's Sixinzhan Station documenting 100.6 millimeters.[1] The Shu River's dual-station peak flow reached 481 cubic meters per second at 11:10, surpassing the alert threshold of 400 cubic meters per second, while the Yinhua River's Gaobadian station recorded a peak flow of 159 cubic meters per second at 16:15, exceeding its alert level of 150 cubic meters per second.[1]
In response to the flooding emergency, Shaanxi authorities have organized the evacuation of 115,756 people from 49,925 households to ensure their safety.[1] Of these evacuations, 8,409 households comprising 17,466 individuals were relocated on August 3 alone.[1]
