问题集中体现在多个方面。龙岗宝龙同心社区儿童公园管理不力,残叶发黑、断枝横陈、生活垃圾散落,被居民直呼"垃圾堆"[1]。坪山龙田街道创景路(坪山科技路—金牛东路段)约20档流动摊贩占用人行道经营,造成通行受阻[1]。龙华观湖商场门前的主次路面地砖多处碎裂、凹凸不平,暴雨天易形成积水[1]。光明公明广场周边则存在购物传单遍地、共享单车和电动车无序停放、公厕异味重等问题[1]。
上述调查结果反映出深圳在城市精细化治理方面仍有提升空间,特别是在绿化维护、违停管理、占道经营规范、路面维修和卫生保洁等细节方面需要进一步加强[1]。
Ahead of the APEC Informal Senior Officials Meeting, a comprehensive environmental survey of Shenzhen's urban areas has exposed both strengths and weaknesses in the city's sanitation and management standards.[1] Reporters conducted on-site investigations across four neighborhoods—Guanhu Street in Longhua District, Bailong Street in Longgang District, Gongming Street in Guangming District, and Longtan Street in Pingshan District—to assess conditions before the high-level gathering.[1]
While major thoroughfares across Shenzhen maintain overall cleanliness and order, significant problems persist in areas outside the original special economic zone.[1] In Longgang District's Bailong neighborhood, the Tongxin Community Children's Park has deteriorated markedly, with blackened dead leaves, broken branches strewn about, and scattered domestic waste, prompting residents to describe it as a "garbage dump."[1] Pingshan District's Jingwang Road, spanning from Pingshan Science and Technology Road to Jinniu East Road, is encroached upon by approximately twenty mobile street vendors operating illegally on sidewalks.[1] In Longhua District outside the Guanhu Commercial Center, main and secondary road tiles are extensively cracked and uneven, creating pooling hazards during heavy rainfall.[1] The Gongming Plaza area in Guangming District faces additional challenges, including shopping flyers scattered everywhere, haphazardly parked shared bicycles and electric scooters, and pronounced odors emanating from public restrooms.[1]
The survey underscores that while major arteries remain well-maintained, refined urban governance and detailed management require substantial improvement across peripheral areas.[1]
