在绿色转型方面,深圳新能源产业规模超4000亿元,万元GDP能耗、用水量、碳排放强度均位居全国最优[1]。同时发布的城市指数(UIS)和国际红树林中心发展规划为白皮书的重要组成部分[1]。国际红树林中心已拥有9个成员国和12个签署国,筹建4年来举办6期国际研讨班,吸引来自30个国家的137名代表参加[1]。

Shenzhen features 1,350 parks with 14.8 square meters of green space per capita, complemented by over 4,000 kilometers of trails including hiking trails, country trails, and ecological waterways, each totaling 1,000 kilometers [1]. Environmental quality metrics show a PM2.5 concentration of 16.8 micrograms per cubic meter and 90.1% of river water meeting quality standards [1]. The city's ecological shoreline represents 65% of total river and lake coastlines, with 43.8% maintaining natural shoreline conditions [1].
Economically, Shenzhen's new energy industry exceeded 400 billion yuan in scale, while the city leads the nation in energy consumption efficiency, water usage efficiency, and carbon emission intensity per 10,000 yuan of GDP [1]. The International Mangrove Center has grown to include 9 member countries and 12 signatory nations [1]. Since its founding four years ago, the center has hosted six international seminars attracting 137 representatives from 30 countries [1].
