Two helicopters leased by Australian company McDermott Aviation collided mid-air while conducting firefighting operations in Greece, resulting in two fatalities and two survivors.[1] A Greek pilot and a Danish crew member died in the incident, which occurred in the Psatha region west of Athens on Sunday.[1] Two crew members from Greece and the United Kingdom who were aboard the second helicopter survived and received medical care.[1]
