深圳市中级人民法院于8月20日对恒大集团、恒大地产及许家印案进行一审公开宣判1。法院判处恒大集团罚金88.2亿元，恒大地产罚金70亿元1。许家印被判处无期徒刑，并被剥夺政治权利终身、没收个人全部财产1。
经查明，许家印作为恒大集团实际控制人，在2016年至2021年间组织实施了大规模财务造假、非法吸收公众存款、集资诈骗等多项犯罪行为1。许家印构成的罪名包括非法吸收公众存款罪、集资诈骗罪、违法发放贷款罪、欺诈发行证券罪、违规披露重要信息罪、单位行贿罪、违法运用资金罪、职务侵占罪1。同日，法院还对56名相关涉案人员分别判处有期徒刑十八年至一年十个月不等的刑罚1。
