2026年度全国检验检测机构监督抽查启动

市场监管总局、公安部、自然资源部、生态环境部、交通运输部、水利部、海关总署、国家药监局八部门联合印发通知，决定在全国范围内开展2026年度检验检测机构监督抽查。1 本次抽查计划检查120家机构，其中国家资质认定机构100家、省级资质认定机构20家。1 涉及领域包括自然资源检验、生态环保、机动车检验、水利水质、进出口商品、医疗器械、食品检验、珠宝首饰、室内空气甲醛等多个领域。1

本次监督抽查将重点检查被抽查机构的数据真实性、人员设备完备情况及资质符合情况。1 各机构被要求开展自我风险排查。1 相关部门将运用大数据、物联网、人工智能等先进手段开展智慧监管和信用监管，强化行业监管和市场秩序规范。1

Eight government departments, including the State Administration for Market Regulation, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Natural Resources, Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Water Resources, General Administration of Customs, and National Medical Products Administration, jointly issued a notice to initiate a nationwide supervision sampling program for inspection and testing institutions in 2026 1.

The program plans to inspect a total of 120 institutions, comprising 100 entities with national qualification certification and 20 with provincial qualification certification 1. The covered sectors include natural resource inspection, ecological and environmental monitoring, motor vehicle inspection, water quality testing, import-export commodities, medical devices, food inspection, precious metals and jewelry, indoor air formaldehyde detection, and other fields 1. The initiative aims to strengthen industry oversight and standardize market order.

All participating institutions are required to conduct self-risk assessments, with particular emphasis on verifying data authenticity, confirming adequate staffing and equipment, and ensuring compliance with qualification requirements 1. The departments have also underscored the need to employ advanced technologies such as big data analytics, Internet of Things systems, and artificial intelligence to facilitate intelligent supervision and credit-based management mechanisms 1.
