重庆市政府原党组成员、副市长江敦涛被提起公诉

乐山市人民检察院已向乐山市中级人民法院提起公诉，指控重庆市政府原党组成员、副市长江敦涛涉嫌受贿罪1。国家监察委员会对江敦涛案件调查终结后，将其移送检察机关1，最高人民检察院随后以涉嫌受贿罪作出逮捕决定1，指定乐山市人民检察院进行审查起诉1。

起诉指控江敦涛利用担任共青团青岛市委常委、组织部部长，青岛市城阳区委常委、副区长，青岛市委组织部副部长，青岛市崂山区区长、青岛高科技工业园管委会主任，青岛市崂山区委书记，淄博市委书记，潍坊市委书记，以及重庆市政府党组成员、副市长等多个职务的便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，数额特别巨大1。

Jiang Dunao, a former member of the Chongqing Municipal Government Party Committee and former vice mayor, has been formally indicted on suspicion of accepting bribes.1 The National Commission Against Corruption completed its investigation into the case and referred it to prosecutorial authorities.1 The Supreme People's Procuratorate approved the arrest of Jiang Dunao on the charge of accepting bribes and designated the Leshan Municipal People's Procuratorate to review and prosecute the case.1

The Leshan Municipal People's Procuratorate recently filed charges against Jiang Dunao at the Leshan Intermediate People's Court.1 The prosecution alleges that Jiang exploited multiple official positions to obtain illicit benefits for others and illegally accept substantial sums of money and valuables from various individuals.1 The positions cited include standing committee member and organization department director of the Communist Youth League Qingdao Committee; standing committee member and deputy district head of Chaoyang District, Qingdao; deputy director of the Organization Department of Qingdao Municipal Committee; district head of Laoshan District, Qingdao, and director of Qingdao High-Tech Industrial Park Management Committee; Party secretary of Laoshan District, Qingdao; Party secretary of Zibo; Party secretary of Weifang; and Party committee member and vice mayor of Chongqing Municipal Government.1 The amounts involved are described as particularly substantial.1
