The investigation has documented misconduct by key figures in the property development and political spheres. Reformers founder Robert Assaf submitted false invoices and engaged in shell company stacking as part of the scheme.[1] A secretly recorded conversation revealed that former NSW Liberal councillor Chris Rath disclosed confidential information.[1] Catholic Schools NSW has been identified as having entered into undisclosed agreements with Liberal Party-connected contractors, raising questions about potential conflicts of interest.[1] In response to the investigation, former NSW Liberal frontbencher Damien Tudehope resigned from his position.[1]
