未来三天,四川盆地东北部、广东东南部沿海等地局地将出现特大暴雨,降雨量预计达250~320毫米[1]。四川、重庆、陕西、广东等地面临强降雨威胁[1],东北地区、华北等地将出现强对流天气[1]。相关部门需防范山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水、城市暴雨积涝以及强对流天气可能带来的强降雨、雷暴大风或冰雹[1]。
The China Meteorological Administration has issued alerts for intense precipitation and severe convective weather affecting large portions of the country.[1] The previous day saw heavy to extraordinary rainfall in parts of Sichuan, Shaanxi, and Jilin provinces, with certain areas in Meishan and Yibin, Sichuan recording precipitation levels between 205 and 215 millimeters, with localized hourly rainfall exceeding 80 millimeters.[1] Separately, thunderstorms accompanied by strong winds struck parts of Zhejiang, northern Fujian, and central-southern Jiangxi, with some locations experiencing gusts exceeding wind force 11.[1]
Over the 24-hour period from August 2 at 8:00 a.m. to August 3 at 8:00 a.m., the northeastern basin of Sichuan and the southeastern coastal areas of Guangdong are forecast to experience localized extraordinary rainfall ranging from 250 to 320 millimeters.[1] On August 2 at 6:00 a.m., the China Meteorological Administration issued an orange alert for torrential rain and a blue alert for severe convective weather.[1] Authorities urge heightened vigilance against potential flash floods, geological hazards, floods in small and medium-sized rivers, and urban waterlogging.[1] The warning extends to Sichuan, Chongqing, Shaanxi, Guangdong, and northeastern and northern China regions, with such severe weather expected to persist over the coming three days.[1]
