根据认证标准，国际友好单位需要设置中英双语标识，并在营业时段内提供全时段双语服务[1]。华强北街道与深圳职业技术大学签署战略合作协议，依托高校40余个国家、40余种语言的多元人才储备，搭建近千人的常态化多语种国际人才库[1]。该街区面积1.45平方公里[1]。

During the initiative, organizers unveiled the "Ten Principles for Huaqiangbei's International Friendliness" alongside a map of international-friendly service locations [1]. Over 300 service points across ten categories of businesses received formal certification as international-friendly units, with the requirement that all designated establishments display bilingual Chinese-English signage and provide full-time multilingual service during operating hours [1].
To support this internationalization effort, Huaqiangbei Street signed a strategic partnership agreement with Shenzhen Polytechnic University [1]. Leveraging the university's diverse talent pool spanning over 40 countries and 40 languages, the collaboration aims to establish a permanent multilingual workforce of nearly 1,000 professionals [1]. The Huaqiangbei street area covers 1.45 square kilometers [1].
