Yuanjiang Technology, the world's leading manufacturer of collaborative robots, has unveiled a biomimetic dinosaur product designed to breathe, turn its head, and interact with visitors, marking its expansion into the cultural tourism and consumer markets.[1] The company displayed this embodied intelligence robot at the Shenzhen Natural Museum in July 2025.[1] This strategic pivot represents an effort to escape the intense competition and lengthy delivery cycles that characterize the industrial robotics sector.[1]
The company achieved a 13.2 percent global market share in collaborative robots as of 2025, with cumulative installations exceeding 100,000 units.[1] Revenue grew from 287 million yuan in 2023 to 493 million yuan in 2025, though the company accumulated losses of approximately 282 million yuan over this period.[1] The embodied intelligence robotics division generated 20.04 million yuan in revenue in 2025, representing a year-over-year increase of 418.8 percent, but this segment accounted for only 4.1 percent of total revenue.[1] Research and development spending reached 115 million yuan in 2025, with embodied intelligence research accounting for 45.1 million yuan, or 39.3 percent of total R&D investment.[1]
Yuanjiang's profitability outlook remains uncertain despite its aggressive investment in new product lines. The company applied for and received approval from the ChiNext committee in just 86 days, planning to raise approximately 1.2 billion yuan through its listing.[1] This listing follows its Hong Kong Stock Exchange debut by less than two years.[1] Analysts project that the company will not achieve overall profitability until 2028.[1]
