Australian actress Charlotte MacInnes lost her defamation lawsuit against American star Rebel Wilson following a bitter dispute over social media posts. 12 Federal Court Judge Elizabeth Raper ruled on Wednesday that MacInnes failed to prove the published statements caused or were likely to cause serious harm. 1
