深圳湾超级总部基地滨海大道上盖覆绿区域于7月30日正式启用开放[1]。此次开放的城市绿地总面积约10.5万平方米[1]，其中东西两侧上盖区域永久绿地面积为5.7万平方米，中间临时覆绿区域面积为4.8万平方米[1]。项目通过将滨海大道转为地下隧道的方式，在核心区释放了约10万平方米的连续地面空间[1]。
该项目打通了深圳湾生态廊道的断点，连接深超总街区与深圳湾滨海空间[1]。新增绿地配置了指引标识、饮用水电、休息椅、服务岗亭及小型商业设施等便民设施[1]，并通过地铁9号线红树湾南站A出口实现地铁接驳[1]。
On July 30, the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base officially opened its waterfront boulevard overpass greening area to the public.[1] The newly accessible green space spans approximately 105,000 square meters, comprising 57,000 square meters of permanent green land on the east and west sides and 48,000 square meters of temporary greening in the central area.[1]
The project achieved this expansion by converting Waterfront Boulevard into an underground tunnel, thereby releasing roughly 100,000 square meters of continuous ground-level space in the core district.[1] This intervention has bridged a critical gap in the Shenzhen Bay ecological corridor, establishing a connection between the Super Headquarters street district and the Shenzhen Bay waterfront zone.[1] The entire central green axis park encompasses approximately 258,000 square meters.[1]
The opened area offers public amenities including wayfinding signage, drinking water and electrical facilities, seating areas, service kiosks, and small commercial establishments.[1] The space connects directly to Line 9 metro station at the Red Mangrove Bay South exit.[1]
