According to CCTV footage, Kalayzich engaged in wrestling, rough handling, and what investigators described as "frog-marching" the jogger over approximately one minute while the individual was attempting to access a restricted training area.1 An AFL investigation concluded that Kalayzich had used "offensive, intimidating and abusive language" during the incident.1 Fair Work Commission deputy president Bryce Cross ruled that the dismissal was neither unjust nor unreasonable.1
