Kiss indicated that Lomax remains in contention for national selection, stating that "He's in the [Wallabies] picture, as they all are. Australia is preparing for the fixture under Kiss's new regime, which includes the introduction of a fresh defensive system coached by former New Zealand defence coach Scott McLeod.1 The Wallabies, currently ranked eighth, will begin preparations for the Test at North Sydney Oval this week.1
