深圳福田3个百亿基金落地 现代城区建设加速

深圳福田区上半年引进落地项目300余个，意向投资额超700亿元1。其中，中信资本等3个百亿基金相继落地1，高盛期货正式入驻，成为境内第四家外商独资期货公司1。这一系列重大项目的到来，标志着福田作为深圳"曼哈顿+硅谷"现代城区的建设正在加速推进。

福田区通过构建"十大社区"产业生态圈、配置资本蓄水池等措施，进一步完善营商环境。目前，总规模超1600亿元的55只子基金已覆盖投资企业超4500家1。在新质产业社区方面，光库科技等超60个优质项目落户，总投资额超50亿元1。同时，福田区跨国公司总部企业达36家，稳居全市前列1，并发布超200个"AI+"应用场景机会清单1。2026年被定为福田的"国际化建设年"1。
