随着人工智能与文科专业融合发展，相关岗位薪资水平明显上升[1]。AI融合岗位年薪达到27万至34万元，明显高于传统文科岗位的16万至23万元[1]。其中，提示词与人机训练等新兴岗位的平均年薪更是达到34.31万元[1]。该领域人才主要毕业于清华大学、北京大学、浙江大学、上海交通大学、华中科技大学等高校[1]。
The Liepin Big Data Research Institute released its "2026 Artificial Intelligence Industry Talent Supply and Demand Trend Insights" report, revealing significant growth and geographic concentration in China's AI job market.[1] In the first half of 2026, newly posted AI positions showed year-over-year growth of 21.08%.[1] Four cities—Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou—collectively contributed nearly 70% of AI industry job openings and talent applications in the country.[1]
Shanghai leads the nation with 18.99% of all AI industry new positions, while Beijing hosts the largest concentration of active AI talent at 14.61% of the city's workforce.[1] Shenzhen ranks third with 17.43% of job-seeker applications in the AI sector.[1] The integration of AI with liberal arts disciplines has created a notable salary premium: positions combining AI with humanities-focused skills offer annual salaries of 270,000 to 340,000 yuan, significantly higher than traditional liberal arts roles, which pay 160,000 to 230,000 yuan annually.[1] Specialized roles such as prompt engineering and human-AI training positions command even higher compensation, with average annual salaries reaching 343,100 yuan.[1] Top AI talent predominantly comes from leading universities including Tsinghua University, Peking University, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Huazhong University of Science and Technology.[1]
