Nine reserve projects were simultaneously presented alongside the fund's establishment [1].
Shanghai State Investment brings substantial experience to the partnership, managing approximately RMB 300 billion in assets across 37 funds in its portfolio [1]. The institution has cumulatively invested in over 3,000 technology enterprises and cultivated more than 170 listed companies [1]. Since the ITVF optimization program's launch, the program has received over 60 fund applications [1].
