山东新首富，又收获一个IPO

光通信企业中际旭创于7月30日在香港交易所上市，开盘报971港元/股，总市值约11400亿港元，成为港交所年内最大IPO1。创始人王伟修及其一致行动人持股超17%，对应持股市值超1700亿元，公司市值突破万亿元使其成为山东新首富，超越信发铝电掌舵人张刚1。

中际旭创由山东中际装备与苏州旭创2016年重组而成，核心业务由苏州旭创驱动1。2025年公司营收382.40亿元，其中苏州旭创贡献364.47亿元，占总营收的95%以上1。进入2026年一季度，公司营收达194.96亿元，同比增长192.12%；归母净利润57.35亿元，同比增长262.28%1。截至2025年，公司年化产能超过2800万只，占全球光互连解决方案市场21.2%的份额1。

Zhongji Xuanhua, a leading optical interconnect solutions provider, debuted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 30, opening at HK$971 per share with a total market capitalization of approximately HK$1.14 trillion, marking the year's largest IPO on the exchange.1 The listing elevated founder Wang Weixiu to the status of Shandong's wealthiest individual, surpassing Zhang Gang, who heads Xinfa Aluminum and Electric.1 Wang and his coordinated action partners hold over 17% of the company, corresponding to a shareholding value exceeding 1.7 trillion yuan.1

Zhongji Xuanhua was formed in 2016 through a merger of Shandong Zhongji Equipment and Suzhou Xuanhua, with the latter serving as the operational core.1 In 2025, the company generated 382.4 billion yuan in revenue, with Suzhou Xuanhua accounting for 364.47 billion yuan, representing over 95% of total sales.1 The company's annualized production capacity exceeded 28 million units in 2025, capturing 21.2% of the global optical interconnect solutions market.1 In the first quarter of 2026, Zhongji Xuanhua reported revenue of 194.96 billion yuan, up 192.12% year-over-year, with net profit attributable to shareholders reaching 57.35 billion yuan, a 262.28% increase.1
