The two companies plan to combine LearnVector's AI capabilities with Coursera's extensive content library and global distribution network to develop AI-driven learning experiences1. Coursera's investment represents approximately 13% of its cash reserves, as the platform held roughly $790 million in cash and cash equivalents as of the end of March this year1. The first courses developed through this partnership are expected to launch in early 20271.

This move comes after Coursera completed its merger with Udemy in May1, marking a significant consolidation in the online education sector.
