新势力的困境在于缺乏传统车企的竞争优势。虽然技术水平相对先进,但新势力企业在全国服务网络、配件供应体系和客户关系积累方面存在明显短板,难以与布局多年的传统车企抗衡[1]。经济效益方面,纯电重卡每年在能源成本上可节省至少15万元,完整使用周期约可节约运营成本50万元[1]。但购置成本仍是制约因素——一台49吨纯电重卡落地价85万元,远高于同吨位柴油重卡的40万元[1]。政府补贴最高可叠加14万元,包括报废老旧货车补贴最高4.5万元和新购新能源重卡补贴最高9.5万元[1],但仍难以抹平价差。
应用场景的局限也制约了市场潜力。新能源重卡主要应用于矿山、园区、港口及300公里以内的短途运输,长途干线运输占比不足1%[1]。随着充换电基础设施建设加速,市场前景有望拓展,如临沂计划到2030年建成260座充换电站[1]。

New energy startups have found themselves at a significant disadvantage despite technological advancements, capturing merely 4,256 units or less than 3% of total sales.[1] Among emerging players, Shenyuan recorded 2,931 units, while Zero One Automobile achieved 1,487 units with a remarkable 427.3% year-over-year growth rate; Speed Leopard Heavy Truck also demonstrated strong performance with 945% growth.[1] The competitive imbalance stems largely from infrastructure and supply-chain disadvantages, as new entrants lack the nationwide service networks, spare-parts supply chains, and established customer relationships that traditional manufacturers have cultivated over decades.
The economics of electric heavy trucks present compelling incentives for adoption. A pure-electric 49-ton truck carries a landed price of 850,000 yuan, compared to 400,000 yuan for a comparable diesel variant.[1] However, annual energy-cost savings of at least 150,000 yuan accumulate to approximately 500,000 yuan in reduced operational expenses over the vehicle's complete service life.[1] Government subsidies further enhance affordability, with combined incentives reaching up to 140,000 yuan per vehicle, comprising up to 45,000 yuan for scrapping older freight trucks and up to 95,000 yuan for new-energy heavy-truck purchases.[1]
Currently, electric heavy trucks concentrate in specialized logistics domains—mining, industrial parks, port operations, and short-haul routes under 300 kilometers—with long-distance highway transport accounting for less than 1% of applications.[1] Infrastructure development is accelerating in key regions, with Linyi planning to establish 260 charging and battery-swap stations by 2030.[1]
